1. NDC slot die with rotary bar, coating width 1590mm。
2. Individual motor 0.75KW drives ø10mm rotating bar of slot die.
3. External aluminum alloy heating module design for slot die can prevent carbonation from local high temperature.
4. Installed with filter device which can improve the quality of coating.
5. Rail-mounted push device driven by pneumatic cylinder and pressure control valve is adopted the coating die, which is more steady, strong and convenient to adjust forward or backward and up or down.
6. Glue plate is set under the slot die to avoid dropping glue liquid onto guide roll after shutdown.
Tension control:
Tension control of unwinding: Siemens vector converter tension control system. Angle sensor detect tension (dancer roll/ diaphragm cylinder/ proportional valve),to adjust Siemens motor speed and realized high-precious close-loop control.
Web guiding:
Edge control for unwinding: EPC web guiding system with photoelectric detector. Web range: ±75mm, Precision: ±1mm.
Rewinding:
Automatic change roll, automatic material cutting and splicing which can greatly improve production efficiency, reduce scrap rate and labor intensity.
NDC Melter:
High precious independent temperature control and Fault Alarm for Tank,Hose.
Temperature controller has PID self-adjust function, use PT100 as sensor, temperature control stability: ± 1.0℃.
Reflux valve can adjust adhesive pressure, protect hose and gear pump.
